What services does 720 Auto not offer?
To keep our work specialized, 720 Auto does not currently provide tires, wheel alignments, diesel service, European vehicle service, bodywork, custom exhaust fabrication or installation of customer-supplied parts.
How does the warranty work?
Repairs performed by 720 Auto include a 90-day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise stated on the repair order. Warranty coverage applies to parts supplied and installed by 720 Auto and the related workmanship. Complete terms and applicable exclusions are provided with the repair order.
When can my vehicle be seen?
The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Service requests are accepted any time — send one and we will get back to you to schedule.
Where is the shop located?
720 Auto serves Whiting and Northwest Indiana. The shop address is provided when your visit is scheduled.
Who will I be talking to?
The ASE Certified Master Technician evaluating and repairing your vehicle. There is no service writer between you and the person doing the work.
How can I pay?
Cash and all major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna are available if you would rather split a repair into payments — ask for details when you approve the work.
